Describe the job and AI drafts the scope of work; you set materials, labor and margins, and BidCraft produces a bid document with a cover letter, scope, materials and labor breakdowns, cost summary and terms. AI scope drafting and AI review are Pro features. Prices stay yours to set.
Send to client — share a finished bid by email as a private link the client can open without an account.
AI bid analysis (Pro) — scoring and risk flags for missing scope, pricing that looks out of line, and unrealistic timelines, with suggestions to tighten the bid. Existing bid documents can be uploaded as Excel, CSV or PDF for AI cost analysis.
Project marketplace — browse and bid on projects posted by property owners, filtered by trade, budget and location. Founding contractors are emailed when an owner opens a project in their state and trade.
Weather-aware scheduling (Pro) — Gantt-style phase planning with a weather overlay that flags high-risk days.
Dashboard — active bids, pipeline stages, win rate and revenue at a glance.

For property owners and managers

Post a project — describe the work and contractors in the trade submit structured, line-item bids. Your first 2 projects are free, and AI drafts the scope of work from your description.
Side-by-side bid comparison — line-by-line labor and material comparison so differences in scope and price are visible before you sign, with AI bid analysis included.
Verified Completion — an optional add-on for any milestone: a licensed inspector visits the site, works a photo-documented checklist and signs a geo-stamped certificate before payment is released. It is ordered from the project page and priced per inspection.

Free bid drafter (Quick Bid) — paste a project description and get an AI-drafted line-item bid by email. One free draft per email address.
Free renovation visualizer — upload a room photo, describe the renovation, and get an AI-generated preview of the finished space with a conservative cost estimate. One free render per email address.
Project help for owners and managers — describe a project your team can't get to and BidCraft replies, usually within one business day, with next steps and contractor pricing.

Free — $0. Contractors: 2 projects and 2 marketplace bids, plus marketplace browsing. Property owners: first 2 projects free.
Pro — $49/month. Unlimited projects and bids, AI bid analysis, weather-aware scheduling, analytics, and team collaboration for up to 5 people.
Enterprise — $99/month. Everything in Pro, unlimited team members, Procore integration, custom labor rate data, and priority support.
Founding Members — while the Founding Member Pilot is open, contractors get 90 days of Pro free with no card, then can keep Pro at $39/month instead of $49, locked for as long as they stay subscribed. When the trial ends without a subscription the account moves to the Free plan.
